Need to get done as quick and cheap as I can and if I don't have to stain wld be better. Just a few suggestions and recommend a Walmart product that won't require 10 coat's and smell won't drive cust. away. Lol

First and foremost is executing a proper house painting job in Westminster. It is possible that a paint job will last for 10+ if done properly. Proper home painting holds your trim and siding together and painting is very important in protecting your house. This will protect the trim and siding from being damaged. First thing that can be done is finding the right time to apply your paint to the house. Temperatures that are too hot or too cold can drastically affect your paint job from lasting the appropriate length of time. If the paint is applied during the wrong times then your paint isn’t going to stick it will not last. As you can see in the chart above, there are definitely better times to paint than others. This is one of the many reasons hiring a professional painter is in your best interest.
Before the scrubdown, protect nearby plants by misting their leaves and saturating the surrounding soil with water, pulling them away from the house, and shrouding them in fabric drop cloths. (Plants will cook under plastic.) Lay more drop cloths along the base of the walls to collect any falling paint debris. Walls should be wet down before getting scrubbed, then washed with a gallon of water mixed with 1 cup chlorine bleach and 1 cup of either a concentrated, phosphate-free cleaner, such as a trisodium phosphate (TSP) substitute, or Jomax House Cleaner. Working in sections, from the bottom to the top, will avoid streaks. Be sure to rinse walls well before the solution dries. Wood siding and trim should be ready to paint after a day or two of dry weather.

Every home has details that can be accentuated for amazing looking visual appeal and first impressions.  The key is to not make the wrong details stand out.  Entryways, windows, shutters and other details on the home can be painted to make their design noticeable.  However features such as gutters, downspouts, external air conditioning systems, unevenly proportioned windows and protruding garage doors should not be completed to draw attention to them as this will provide a negative results. It’ll cost you between $500 and $1,000 to paint the exterior yourself. Not including paint, it’ll cost you no more than $200 to $300 at a home improvement store like Home Depot, Lowes or Menards. You may end up spending more if you buy high-quality products from specialized shops. Professionals can get the same supplies for about half what you’ll pay.
Small random-orbit or pad sanders make this job go faster. (Wallis first covers these boundaries with Synkoloid patching compound so no edge is visible after sanding.) As shown, you want to make sure that there is a feathered, smooth transition from exposed wood to old paint. For areas that might get close scrutiny, you can follow up with a 100- or 120-grit rubdown to erase any scratches. Westminster Home Painting
