I just found this company by Googling "Painters in Littleton". They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive but we liked what they said they would do with prepping and painting the outside of… our house. Our painters Raymondo and Benito were excellent. The paint job is fantastic and they were very responsive to what we wanted and very careful not to get paint on any surface but the house. I would highly recommend. We are very pleased and would definitely use them again. more » Westminster House Painting
Taking a few moments to read the following few pages could save you both money and frustration by avoiding a bad contracting experience. The fact is, painters range in the quality of services they provide, and there are many inexperienced, unlicensed and unqualified people and companies that masquerade as professional painters. Many homeowners are so focused on “how much” that they never even consider anything else. This can lead them to hire the wrong company.
Every home has details that can be accentuated for amazing looking visual appeal and first impressions. The key is to not make the wrong details stand out. Entryways, windows, shutters and other details on the home can be painted to make their design noticeable. However features such as gutters, downspouts, external air conditioning systems, unevenly proportioned windows and protruding garage doors should not be completed to draw attention to them as this will provide a negative results. If there is any peeling — and there usually is somewhere — it's essential to scrape off any loose paint. This doesn't just mean the parts that are already separated from the wood and ready to fall off on their own. Each spot where paint has peeled loose needs to be scraped thoroughly until you can no longer get the sharp corner of a putty knife under any of the surrounding edges of paint. Then, the bare spot needs to be sanded until the paint edges are smooth. Westminster House Painting CO

"Jose and Luis were very professional and courteous. They arrived quickly for a free estimate and could start work immediately which is what I wanted. They painted the exterior of the house including all trim and chimney, the fence of the backyard, and scraped the popcorn, primed, painted living area and kitchen. All this done within 5 days. They always showed up on time and stayed until the job is done. Priced very reasonable. Every day I added onto the list of things I wanted them to do and they still finished on time. I highly recommend Zambrano Painting. " Westminster House Painting CO
The national average cost for an interior painter ranges between $450 and $900. Interior painters can tackle everything from complete color makeovers in each of your rooms to touching up an accent wall to painting pieces of furniture. The square footage and complexity of the project, along with the materials needed, are the main factors that will affect cost. Other factors include whether you supply the paint yourself or want the painter to do so, whether you move the furniture and do the prep work or ask them to do it, and whether any repair work is needed on the walls. Painting the ceiling and the trim will also have an effect on cost. The type of paint you choose can also raise or lower your house painting cost. A gallon of paint may range from $20 to over $100, depending on quality and brand. Ask your painter if they charge per hour or per square foot, and how much you can save by doing prep work (moving furniture, etc.) yourself. Westminster House Painting CO

Kind Home Solutions painted our house in the Fall of 2018. They did a beautiful job! We realized just how well they applied the paint in July 2019 when our neighborhood was hit hard by a hail storm. While other houses suffered damage to their paint and siding, we escaped with a handful of chips on one side of the house and some dinged up trim boards that needed to be touched up. However, Kind Home Solutions did not just dab some paint in the chips. They repainted the entire side of our house and the affected trim boards to ensure a better seal against future weather. Working with them is always a pleasure! Their crews are friendly and courteous. Westminster House Painting
Some service pros are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SPs") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, you may be matched with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate service professionals. You’ll spend between $500 and $3,000 or $1 to $3.50 per square foot to paint concrete. However, expect to pay $2 to $7 per square foot since concrete almost always needs a coat of primer first. Double that price if the concrete requires stripping. Concrete is porous. Sealing it not only helps blend foundations and walls with your home’s aesthetic, but also seals it against water. Repairing or resurfacing concrete costs $300 to $500 for every 100 square feet. Westminster House Painting CO
You don't mention what's actually most important about this kind of wiring. Wireless devices -- cell phones, iPads etc. -- are NOT healthy.Did you know that in the late 1980s, when cell phones were first becoming popular, studies by Dr. Henry Lai and others discovered that cell phone radiation stimulates the release of endogenous opioids in the brains of rats? Perhaps Bill Gates and Steve Jobs knew about this research and applied it at home -- and in their profit strategies. Nora D. Volkow, M.D., director of the U.S. National Institute on Drug Abuse at the National Institutes of Health has said, Even though the radio frequencies that are emitted from current cell phone technologies are very weak, they are able to activate the human brain. The same applies to wifi and other wireless devices such as wireless smart meters. Those who believe physics proves otherwise should read Some Effects of Weak Magnetic Fields on Biological Systems in the March 2016 IEEE Power Electronics Magazine. In 2015, 150 bioelectromagnetics scientists signed the International EMF (electromagnetic field) Scientist Appeal, asserting that there is more than enough evidence for the World Health Organization (WHO) to justify calling electromagnetic fields probably carcinogenic or simply carcinogenic. The scientists ask the WHO to follow UNESCO’s Precautionary Principle. As of March 22, 2017, the Appeal has 225 signatures from 41 nations. The science keeps accumulating. In May 2017 the Society for Research in Child Development (established in 1933 by the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences) published a special section of Child Development that shows the diversity of the use of mobile technology among children and adolescents. The articles point to great complexity in the effects of that usage. Outcomes are mostly negative. Dr. Lennart Hardell, co-editor of this special section, summarizes the research concerning radiation and brain development. Why don’t we know about the risks of wireless devices? Dr. Hardell also recently wrote an article, now available online, to be published in the August 2017 International Journal of Oncology. The article details conflict of interest in the World Health Organization. The WHO has perpetuated the wireless industry’s contention that there is no proof of adverse health effects of radiofrequency radiation unless the exposure is intense enough to heat human brain tissue. The wireless industry’s disinformation campaign is similar to the campaigns waged by tobacco and asbestos producers, involving persuasion through the media, biased science and lobbying. In 2011, Senator Edward Markey and California representative Anna Eshoo asked the Government Accounting Office to review issues related to the safety of wireless devices. The GAO asked the Federal Communications Commission to reassess that agency’s safe exposure limits. The FCC has not done so. The reasons are evident in “Captured Agency” by Norm Alster, former director of the Harvard University Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics Graduate Fellowship Program.Local governments depend on states’ health policy guidance, and states depend on federal agencies for their health policy guidance. Federal governments look to the World Health Organization. At all levels, industry advocates for corporate interests. We saw this last year in Worcester in meetings where National Grid’s expert witness on the safety of wireless meters was Peter Valberg. Valberg is a “hired gun” scientist who has also testified on behalf of the tobacco and asbestos industries.
