Most DIY’ers and home owners have little to no knowledge about the amount of time and cost it takes to prepare a project prior to painting. Your Article did a Great job in explaining some of the procedures that are necessary for a truly professional paint job. All to often the prepping is weak or non existing. Working in sections, from the bottom to the top, will avoid streaks. Be sure to rinse walls well before the solution dries.
